Client Support Specialist
I applied for the CSS role on their website and HR reached out. The first round was a phone chat with the HR Recruiter to see if I was a good fit. Then, there was a technical round and interview. They sent over a brief beforehand and I had to prep using their knowledge base and academy for basic info. They weren't expecting me to know the product inside out, but rather to show how I think through problems, how I figure out what the client needs, and how to respond like a good support person. After the technical part, I interviewed with the Client Support Manager. The final round had 3 parts. First, another technical challenge where I had to build a landing page and deal with problems the Product team threw at me. Second, I talked to a Customer Success Manager. Third, I spoke with a Client Support Manager/Team Lead. Each part was 30 minutes with a 15-minute break in between.

Onboarding Specialist
The interview process started with a 45-minute phone call with a manager or someone more senior. The interviewer seemed uninterested and like it was just an obligation for them, not engaging at all. They didn't mention their title or how long they've worked there.

- Can you share examples of how you've used HubSpot?
Implementation Specialist
I got a call from the recruiter after an email, and it went well. He said we'd move on, but then I didn't hear back for three weeks because he was in a class and forwarded my info to someone else. It felt really scattered. When I finally heard back, they had changed the job description and weren't interested anymore.
- Can you describe your methodology?
