First up was a 30-60 min document and HR interview where they looked over my resume and talked about my career path, current job, and what I wanted to bring to the role. They also gave me some advice for the upcoming interviews. After that, there were manager interviews and then some more manager interviews.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with a Sales Director, Stephen. It was a terrible experience, honestly. I prepped for hours and got through the first two rounds. Then I interviewed with this Sales Director. He was lying on his couch during the interview, totally disrespectful. He hadn't researched me at all and didn't know my background. They said Hubspot was open to different experiences, but this guy was super direct. He made it clear he only wanted someone from a big SAAS firm for a sales manager role. Really bad.

It's a long interview process, expect about 6 stages. There will be manager interviews, role plays, a culture interview, and team interviews. I'd really suggest asking your interviewer questions at the end, like about the roadmap to success in the role and how you show commitment to win.
