Applied and got a screening call from the recruiter a few days later. They were really helpful throughout. Interviewed with the hiring manager a couple days after that and moved on. The next stage had 4 interviews over 2 days, including a presentation. After the last one, I had a quick check-in with the recruiter about timelines. Didn't get an offer 1.5 weeks after the final interview. The whole thing took about 4 weeks.

I got referred for this role. First, there was a recruiter screen, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and the last step was a panel interview with about 5-7 people. The recruiter gave me some good materials to prepare and explained what the team was looking for. The panel round felt a bit much, especially with junior team members observing the interview process. It would be better if the observers let the main interviewers lead without interrupting. Most interviewers were nice, but one PM observer was late, didn't turn her camera on at first, kept cutting in, and was rude, which was unprofessional and stressful.

I reached out to the recruiter cold about jobs on HubSpot, and after a few weeks, they got back to me about a new position that fit. We had an initial screening call about a week after that, and it was a good chat where they asked thoughtful questions and answered mine. It took another week for the Director of Product to decide to talk to me, and then another week to schedule that call. The interview with the Director was pretty casual and focused on my experience as an individual and a leader. They only had about 5 minutes for my questions but offered to answer more by email, which I sent right after. Two days later, the recruiter said the Director thought it went well and they were finishing up other interviews. Two weeks went by with no updates or answers from the Director, so I emailed the recruiter to withdraw my application, thinking the company's decision-making pace might be too slow for me. A few days after that, the recruiter emailed saying I was moving forward, without mentioning my withdrawal. It's been three weeks since I emailed the hiring manager with more questions, and still no response. The whole thing from their first contact to me withdrawing took five weeks.
