Application took 1-2 weeks to get an invitation for a 45 min talk. The talk was on Friday and on Monday I got a verbal offer. The talk started with a friendly welcome. HR and a manager gave a short summary of the company. I gave a short summary of my previous activities. They asked a few questions (see interview questions). Overall, it was a relaxed and pleasant talk.
