I found the job online and they called me later that day for a phone screen. The recruiter basically wanted to see where I was skill-wise and what I wanted salary-wise. I heard back from them within 30 minutes and they scheduled me for an in-person interview the next day. The interview itself was pretty tough with the questions they asked. They really wanted to verify that I had the skills I listed on my resume. When I asked about the company, the interviewer was really enthusiastic, describing it as a family-oriented place that values a good work-life balance. They mentioned the department works hard but also has fun. I was really hoping for an offer by the end of the interview.
