First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HST Pathways.
Director
Overall great process, happy to be on the team. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, Director, Managers, HR and CEO. I feel like they did their due dilligence to vet out their prospects and hire the right people for the right job.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What aspects of company culture do you find important?
- What is your background with ASC's, EMR's, and Saas?
Field Implementation Manager
The interview process was really great. I had a brief initial recruiter screen where they asked all the typical recruiter screen questions. They were knowledgeable about the team and able to answer all of my questions very well. The recruiter has been very communicative an responsive about the entire process, keeping me updated on next steps and timelines. The second interview was also great as far as interviews go. It was a panel interview with 2 interviewers including the direct manager for the position and the manager over the entire unit. Both asked thoughtful questions and gave great feedback. They asked questions relevant to my skills and experience and to the position. They were easy to talk to and made sure to update me on timelines and next steps.
- How do you handle situations where you have multiple competing priorities during an implementation?
Product Manager
A third-party recruiter reached out about a fast-moving role. It took 3 weeks to get the first interview scheduled. After that, I was told there would be a "next step," but it took over 3 more weeks for anyone to follow up. I was then informed they weren't moving forward, and the feedback seemed off. Meanwhile, I accepted another offer from a more organized company, so it all worked out, but the recruiting process was quite strange.
- What aspects of Product Management do you find appealing, and what do you find unappealing?
Customer Support Specialist
The process was really nice. I had a quick chat with the HR rep who was really nice and courteous. I was immediately scheduled for the next interview. The group I interviewed with was nice, and transparent and asked really good questions about my experience and skill set. Overall, a great interviewing experience!
- How would you manage a challenging customer interaction?
