I applied online for a supervisor role, and the recruiter initially told me I'd interview with the hiring manager. However, upon arrival for the interview, I had to wait over 30 minutes, only to be interviewed by a different supervisor instead of the hiring manager. This interviewer was unprofessional and asked hardly any questions. Despite dressing in business professional attire and bringing multiple copies of my resume, they showed little interest in it. I was under the impression I'd be meeting with the hiring manager. Subsequently, I received a text from the recruiter stating the supervisor position was filled and offering me an officer position, which I declined. Given my extensive experience in security and supervision, I was not going to be treated disrespectfully. It felt like a complete waste of my time and resources.

The hiring process involved three interviews spread over two days during a large hiring event at a local hotel. Initially, I met with an HR representative, followed by two interviews with the area manager. The event was attended by over 100 candidates. While most attendees weren't dressed formally for the interviews, and the atmosphere was casual, those who didn't dress appropriately seemed to receive less attention. After the interviews, I was offered the position. Since the salary was fixed, I accepted and started my paperwork and training the very next day.

I applied online and then got a phone call two days later for a quick chat. They told me about the job basics like shifts, pay, and where it is, and asked if I was still interested and about my past work. After I said yes, they emailed me the details for the in-person interview. At the interview, two supervisors asked me questions. Most of them were about my past experiences and how I handle things. They said I'd hear back in three days.

I applied online and then got a call from someone who asked me some basic questions about my past experience and what I'm good at. After that, they asked if I'd be up for an interview over Skype. I picked a time that worked for me, and when it was time, I had my call with the manager. They asked pretty standard questions about my typing, computer, and phone skills and things like that. The whole thing took about 15 minutes.
