First, I got a paper with some questions to answer. It asked me what the company is about, what I would consider essential for a front desk receptionist to have, and some logic based questions. Then I met with the QA manager and was asked questions about myself.

The interview process felt more like a casual chat to see if I'd be a good fit for the team and if I cared about the business. It wasn't heavily technical. So first, you'll have like two 1:1s where they get to know you, your background, and what you're into. They'll also chat about the role, what they're seeking in a candidate, and what they can offer, plus give you the lowdown on projects. After that, there's a written test with some SQL query writing, logic questions, and a database design task based on a scenario.

They got in touch with me about 3 weeks after I submitted my resume at my college job fair. I went in, and they gave me a questionnaire and then I interviewed with two people. It was about 15 minutes, and they asked basic questions about my strengths, weaknesses, why I'm studying my major, and how I plan to commute. I got offered the job via email about another 2-3 weeks later.
