First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HSC.
Pharmacy Assistant
First, there was contact via message, followed by an in-person meeting. The interview was quite relaxed. There was a test and a written essay. Nothing too scary. Back when I started, there were very qualified people, not saying there aren't now, but it was better before.
- Can you tell me about your 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses?
Data Analyst
We had an online interview that was about 30 minutes long. Three people were asking questions, and they were pretty easy and normal. The main interviewer didn't seem very interested, but the other two were very polite. A cyber security question and a database question were asked.
- How would you go about linking databases?
- Can you discuss a cyber security-related question?
- Could you answer a question about databases?
Engineer
I applied through a newspaper ad and after a few weeks, I got a call. Then I was invited for an interview where I was asked some basic HR questions. Unfortunately, 4-5 days after the interview, I received an email stating I was not selected.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Principal Software Engineer
there are two technical and one HR round. The first round is purely technical, and the second round is a manager round. The technical round includes basic OOPS concepts and general technical questions, along with a coding exercise. If you pass that, you then face the manager round.
- Questions about Angular and JavaScript were asked.
