So the interview process started with an online assessment where I had to edit about three student essays. After that, there was an in-person interview. It began with an hour-long test on college admissions knowledge, like listing Ivy Leagues, UCs, and other colleges. It also covered standardized tests (SAT, ACT, APs) and high school graduation requirements. Then, I interviewed with a counselor about my resume and why I want to work in education. They seem to care a lot about your GPA and diploma. After that, I had a quick chat with the branch manager. The whole thing was pretty easy, but the online assessment and college knowledge test took a good chunk of time.

First, there was a screening interview over the phone with the Director, Saul. After passing that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I had to complete a written test covering college admissions facts and data. I knew some of it, but not all. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with Saul. The questions weren't too hard, but since Saul had already interviewed me by phone, not much new information was exchanged. They said the written test results weren't a hiring factor and that they'd train me, but I don't think that's true. I never heard back, so I guess they weren't interested.

I had an in-person interview that included an editing test. It was a one-hour session on a computer where I had to edit several student essays. They also asked me about my education and work history. The interviewers were nice and the vibe was relaxed but still professional. I heard back about their offer in less than a week.

They hired me super fast, within a week. The interview process was a bit lengthy with an essay editing test and then an interview with the team leader. It was only one round, which was nice. My advice is not to show up too early. If you're really good at editing, you'll get the job. The whole vibe was really chill.
