First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HRchitect.
Account Executive
I met with the CEO and VP of Sales. They were nice, but the interview didn't really go deep. It stayed pretty surface-level and didn't really get into my experience, skills, or how I could help the company. They seemed more focused on pay, especially the base salary, instead of figuring out if I was a good fit or what they expected. It felt more like a transaction than a relationship-building sales process.
- What base salary do you expect for this position?
Implementation Consultant
The interview process was methodical and transparent about the position's duties and future outlook. I received a good overview of the company and what they expect. They carefully considered the right fit for their team and customers.

Implementation Consultant
I had about 3 interviews with the company. They are growing fast and trying hard to be very conscientious about their hiring process. I met with six different people and then received an offer which was very comprehensive.
- What are your salary expectations?
Implementation Consultant
The screening process was very smooth and quick. Meeting everyone at the company was great. The corporate culture is very refreshing and I am hoping that I get to work with the organization.
- What would your colleagues say about you if asked?
