First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HRCap.
Recruiter
They delete negative reviews and comments so beware their reviews. They say to always be on time and strive for greatness. But then they email you late and brush it off saying they were busy. Expect you to work with your camera on at all times and clearly don't trust their workers.
- Would have been offered the job but was declined because I wouldn't start the Monday after the interview.
- They emailed me late and expected me to come in after I already made plans because they were late.
Recruiter Intern
It was very professional and well put together. I had a great time talking to many great people who have helped me take a big leap in my professional career.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experiences?
Human Resources
I knew that you had to be bilingual to work at this company. However, I was kind of thrown off by the fact that the person who interviewed me on the phone didn't know how to speak in English. Overall was a neutral experience for me.
- Tell me about yourself. What are your salary expectations?
Operations
The interview process was super thorough. I interviewed with all the upper management people to make sure I was aligned with what the company expects and their vision. The results were also super fast.
- Can you handle the different operational tasks for the company?
