You'll take a test first to check your tax competence level. If you pass that, we'll set up an interview to see if you fit in. You'll be observed while you take tax classes at HRBlock. We want to see if you're the one doing the work and if you're ethical, so your tax teacher will recommend those they feel are good for jobs after taking their classes.
