My staffing agency presented this role, and I confirmed my interest. I went to HRCI and met with an HR rep who asked me some questions. After that, I interviewed with the director of Test Development, and then I spoke with the Director of certification proud. Each of these interviews was about 30 minutes long. Later that day, my temp agency informed me they wanted to offer me the position. I worked there on a temporary basis for 6 months before being offered a full-time role with the company.

The process was pretty simple, starting with an online application, then a phone screen, followed by a few more interviews. The job itself sounded interesting, but the people I talked to didn't share much about the day-to-day or the work environment. It seemed like there wasn't much freedom, with one boss making all the calls and everyone else just carrying them out. Not much innovation happening, and the salary was just okay, which sealed the deal for me.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, though communication was a bit slow sometimes. It started with a phone screen, then a Skype call, followed by a series of follow-up Skype calls with a panel. The first few people I spoke with were nice and friendly, but then it changed when I talked to the last person. She apparently doesn't work in the office and wasn't up-to-date on anything we had already discussed. She got defensive when I asked about the work environment and the negative reviews I'd seen online. Given her unprofessional attitude, those reviews seem to be accurate.
