Me contactaron por LinkedIn, tuve entrevista con la reclutadora, luego una validación técnica, una entrevista con un líder técnico y después reuniones con clientes que estaban interesados en mi perfil.

I was contacted via Linkedin about the selection process. They explained the company and the interview flow. The first interview was standard, they explained what Howdy does, how I would work with them, and client transition support. They asked for my salary expectations (in USD) and sent the technical test. The technical test was simple, with 3 questions on HackerRank (I think), and I could use any language (I used JavaScript). After passing, Pia contacted me again, she was great and supported me throughout. She told me about a second interview with a manager. This interview was partly in Spanish and the technical part was fully in English. Pia let me know I passed and they'd start searching for partners to present me to. This partner search took about 3 months. I had 4 interviews in the last week of the third month, and the client accepted. These 4 interviews were all in English, one was a fully technical coding session with the team I'd join, simulating a development scenario and increasing its difficulty.

So I saw Glassdoor comments and kinda knew what to expect. As people say, there are 4 interviews: first, they check your English and do a general interview. Second, an offline technical test (React and Node). Third, an interview with an engineer plus a HackerRank-style challenge. Fourth, an interview with an engineering manager that includes design questions. I aced them all. A few days later, they sent me an email saying I wasn't going to be considered. It was a disappointment and felt like a waste of time.
