Performance Engineer
First you'll have a manager interview, and then you'll have a team interview at the office, face to face. They'll assess your technical and problem-solving skills. You might also get some HR questions.
- What tools have you used?
- Tell me about your experience with Neoload.
- Tell me about your experience with LoadRunner.
Area Representative
First, I had a call with a recruiter, then I spoke with the Area Manager. Since my role covered two depots, there were two separate interviews. The first was with the depot manager and area manager, and the second was with the second depot manager.
- Can you share your experience in sales?
- Describe how you would approach upselling products to customers.
- What is your comfort level with working autonomously?
Trainer
So I had a recruiter call, then a teams stage, followed by a face to face interview. After that, I was ghosted. I later found out from someone who wasn't even involved in hiring that a friend or family member of a manager got the job even though they had no experience. I sent an email asking for an update, and they called the next day to say I didn't get the job, with no feedback. The interviews themselves were not difficult, but their internal hiring practices could probably use a look if this is a regular thing.
- Can you explain how your background aligns with this position?
- In your opinion, what's the first key action to take for success in this role?
Category Strategy Manager
It was a Face to Face interview, with two rounds. The first round had standard competency questions. The second round involved a presentation I had to prepare about my goals for the role. One interviewer in the second round seemed uninterested and unemotional. I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback multiple times, and they promised it would come, but I never received any explanation on why I wasn't successful or how I could have improved. Considering the effort I put into the process, I at least expected some feedback.
- What are your objectives for this position?
