So, the interviewer was late, which was a bit unusual. They asked a lot of questions about culture fit and explained why I was being considered for the next stage, unlike other candidates. It was kind of weird hearing the recruiter say things like 'yes, I see your current job sounds just like our listing, sounds like you'd be a great fit.' It felt a little too casual, but the whole process was pretty relaxed, more so than I'm used to.

The interview process was great, with friendly people and a good company environment. They provide training on how to succeed in real estate. I'd recommend this place. Since it's a commission-based business, hustle is key at any brokerage. While I personally prefer boutique brokers, this nationally recognized company does have its advantages.

My interview experience was pretty wild because it got cut short. It was just me and the interviewer in the office, and nobody else was around to help with the problems that came up. We joke now that they hired me because they felt bad that the interview went so badly through no fault of my own. I had a few interviews: a phone chat, then a one-on-one on another day, and another meeting with more managers. They also had me do a skills test to see how good I was with Microsoft stuff and office equipment. I didn't just meet their expectations, they said I actually did better than expected and outperformed everyone else.

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone interview, and then they had me come in for an in-person interview where they asked some relevant questions. It wasn't too difficult and was relatively straightforward. The whole process didn't take too long.
