Behavioral Technical

Applied in mid-August and got a call in late September to set up an in-person interview. Was given only one name as my interviewer. Interview was held in early October. When I arrived I had to wait for the person to prepare along with two other workers. I thought they were reviewing my resume but they didn't. The moment I sat down they seemed clueless as to who they were interviewing and asked standard questions unrelated to my background. It was awkward because they didn't know how to navigate the interview and seemed lost as to what to ask. I tried to make a case for myself using my background and education, but they seemed disinterested. If my background did not align with the position, I don't understand why time was taken out of my day to go there. It's cool if I am not what they were looking for but they could have seen my application beforehand. Additionally, one of the interviewers was rude and dismissed my questions for more details about the job. I suppose the best qualifications for working there is a degree from the University of Phoenix in ecommerce or something.

It's a pretty long process, like 3 months before you can even start training. First, you gotta do a typing test and a critcall. If you pass those, you chat with the admin manager about your results. If she thinks you're a good fit, she'll interview you. After that, she'll let you know when to expect to hear back about the job offer. The rest involves a psych exam, polygraph, drug test, and all that good stuff... it takes ages.

  • What do you consider your greatest weakness?
  • What motivates your interest in this position?
