The whole process was really nice and straightforward. The people I met were great, and the office vibe seemed really positive based on what I saw. I started with an HR screening, and then I had a conversation with the hiring manager.

After sending in my application online, I got an email a few days later to schedule a phone interview since I don't live in Houston. They set it up pretty fast. I spoke with the Director of HR. They asked a lot of standard interview questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what's a pet peeve you have,' and 'what's the hardest decision you've had to make.' The call was about 35 minutes, and then they told me what the next steps were (a skype interview with supervisors), the salary range, and the timeline. I liked that they were upfront about the process and salary.

The process started off fine. First interview was about 15 minutes with HR, then the second interview was with the immediate managers, and the third was with the director. The resume portal was a nightmare, causing lost emails and communication issues. Everything was going well until the third round, after which I was completely ghosted.

Had an initial chat with an HR person. It was pretty chill, and they asked about my experience related to the job. We talked for about 35 minutes, and they said they'd let me know about the next steps within two weeks.
