I applied online through ADP, then had a phone interview with the manager to go over general info. After that, there was a panel interview with about 3-4 staff members. Once an offer was made, I had to complete some paperwork and a drug test. Then I was told my start date and had a 3-day orientation.

First there was a phone call with a recruiter, they asked things like what are your salary expectations. Then an in-person interview with the hiring manager, where they asked high-level questions. Mostly basic info and open-ended stuff. They were friendly and approachable.

Got a call from the manager early in the morning, like 7am. A week later, they had me come in for an in-person chat. Then, about another week after that, I had a final interview with a panel of five folks.
