The interview was really chill, no pressure. Just be real about yourself and what you want to achieve, and you'll be good. It's not super long, so just show up looking decent and ready. Make sure you get all the details when you start training.

The job requires you to be very sincere and you have to fulfill the following responsibilities: Assisting HBU International Students’ Coordinator with research for recruitment of international students and scholars, Representing the International Office of the University in person, on the telephone, and/or via e-mail, Creating and maintaining information, using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Managing and checking for the required documents for international student visa processing, Managing student and staff blogs, Assisting in the planning and execution of events, Working and communicating with prospective students, current students, parents, alumni, office colleagues, other university and school administrators and faculty, Working on other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

First, you have to submit all the required paperwork. Then, there's a phone interview, followed by a group Zoom call. The final stage is an on-campus visit which includes a presentation to the faculty and an interview with the provost and president. It's a pretty standard process for a faculty position.

It was nerve racking at first but the employers were nice and patient knowing that I am a student looking for experience. They are patient and willing to walk through the roles with someone they know has drive.
