Had 2 interviews. First was a quick 20 min call with the hiring manager. The second interview was with a panel and felt pretty unstructured, with each person asking their own questions. It was a bit weird because people kept joining and leaving the call during the interview.

The first interview seemed very informal. The interviewer barely asked any questions about me, maybe they already decided I wasn't a good fit based on my appearance. So I followed up and they agreed to a second interview. The second interview was more like standard interviews. The whole process was really long. 3 interviews over a month is too much in my opinion for a job that pays just a little more than minimum wage. They didn't keep me updated for a long time, so I was fine with the rejection.

I had two interviews for this position. The first was in person, and it involved general questions about my past work with homeless people, my willingness to do home visits, and how culturally competent I am. The second interview was a zoom call with my skip manager, and it was more about the company itself and its mission. I got a response pretty quickly after applying, with about a week between the first and second interviews.

The whole hiring process took about a month. First, I had an interview with two supervisors. Then, a borough director joined us because they weren't sure which office I'd be placed in. If I passed that, I moved on to a group interview, which included a client. This struck me as a bit odd, considering the client's mental state and the population I'd be working with, but I went along with it. After that, if successful, I met with the VP for what turned out to be just one question. Honestly, the whole thing felt unnecessarily long.
