It was a panel interview with about 5 people over zoom. They asked me questions about my current work and my aspirations. A big reason I think I didn't get an offer is that the job posting requirements were different from what they were actually looking for.

Got contacted 3 weeks after applying for the Business Analyst role via whatsapp for a pre-selection interview. Interviewed with someone from the department. They asked standard questions and about my R experience. Then, 2-3 days later, I got an email about the selection interview. It included an assessment essay question. The panel had 5-6 people and I had to wait around an hour. They asked general get-to-know-you questions. The ones I found harder were 'Whats your biggest failure' and 'Why should we hire you?'. Not much was said after the interview.

The interview process involved a few technical questions. It was okay, but afterwards, I never heard back from them. I had to keep chasing them for updates. If they are keen on hiring you, they will contact you the next day. If not, don't bother waiting for the result.
