Marketing Intern
After a phone screen, I had an interview with the CEO and Marketing Head. The interview started with a 5-minute personality quiz, and the rest of the interview was about 20 to 30 minutes long.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Technician
First, I had to provide my Driver's abstract because the owner was too cheap to pay for it. Then, they asked me a lot of general questions, showing how little the owner actually knew. I also had to sign consent forms for a background check. After I left, I got a link to a personality test to complete.
- Can you explain what a metal break is?
Marketing
They wanted to chat about me and my journey through life and school. Also asked about my understanding of the company and SEO strategies. It was super chill and put me right at ease.
