The interview process was short. They ask basic questions and HR is really nice. They didn't discuss benefits, but the website is currently broken for submitting applications, as the links didn't work. The company has a hybrid schedule.

The hiring process was quite lengthy and drawn out, with what felt like interviews one after another. It took a considerable amount of time to get the official offer and contract. Interestingly, the contract didn't arrive until after I had already started working, and even then, HR decisions seem to take a long time to get sorted out.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Two rounds of interviews which took less than 2 weeks. Everyone was super friendly and relaxed which was comforting. This was my first experience working in the beauty space and Hourglass made it such a positive experience.

The interview process involved a 1st round video call with HR, followed by a 2nd round video call with the hiring manager. The 3rd round was an on-site meeting with the Director and VP, and the 4th round was also an on-site with the hiring manager and team members. Overall, it was a positive experience; the interview felt like a conversation about my work history. They wanted to ensure I grasped the role's requirements and how my background aligned. However, it seemed a bit much to have me interview with two management levels above the direct report for the position.

  • Can you tell me about a situation where you had a conflict with someone and explain how you dealt with it?
  • Could you describe a challenge you faced and detail how you successfully overcame it?
