Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty straightforward process. The first round was split between 30 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of technical questions. The second round was also 30 minutes and included both behavioral and technical questions, nothing too crazy.

Behavioral Technical

Had 2 interviews, one was behavioral and the other was technical. The behavioral interview was pretty standard. The technical interview focused heavily on valuation, so make sure you know DCF analysis and the other two primary valuation methods. You should also be solid on basic finance, accounting, and financial ratios.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Can you discuss your previous work experiences?
  • Could you elaborate on your experience with DCF analysis?
  • What are the other two main valuation approaches?

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved a first round with a VP, followed by a second round with an SVP that included technical questions. The final round was with a senior member. There were two technical rounds and one behavioral (fit-based) round. I was ultimately not selected, likely due to not being a good fit.
