We started with an HR call, then you had to record some videos answering Product Management questions. The last interview was with the Director and Lead Architect and it was very technical. The first interview was just to get to know you, the videos were about specific questions where you had to introduce yourself and answer technical questions like 'what is your most challenging project'. The third interview was very technical.

I had a 30 minute video call with the recruiter who reached out to me. It was more in-depth than a typical screener. We did introductions, they asked some questions, and they also outlined the next steps if I moved forward.

First, you answer some initial questions on the application page. Then, you're invited to submit video recordings answering a few questions. Next, there's a 1-hour call with the recruiter and a hiring manager, who is another product manager. Finally, you complete a few tasks over two weeks, for which you're compensated. During this period, you'll be added to Hotjar's Slack, with access to a public and a private channel. The private channel has multidisciplinary team members to help you. Upon completion, a call is scheduled to present your work and findings to the team.
