I applied and the recruiter got in touch within 2 days. We had an initial Google Meet chat, mostly about general HR stuff. The recruiter promised to follow up within 48 hours with info on the next steps. That was 2 months back, and I've heard nothing since, despite emailing them three times for feedback. I've never felt so disrespected in a hiring process before.

You'll get a great feel for the company culture initially; they're truly awesome, open, approachable, and honest. They keep you updated throughout the process, which is rare. It involves several stages that take time and effort, but if you're genuinely interested, it's worth it. It's your opportunity to shine. After submitting your application and answering questions about yourself and your work, you'll receive details about the upcoming stages. Rejection is possible at any point before an offer. My process involved: submitting the application -> video interview request -> team interview call -> paid task (representative of the job) -> task demo and code review -> call with CEO and team members -> offer. The entire process was remote (voice/video calls). I suggest being your true self, approachable, and honest, just like them. Do your best work and showcase your experience; it's okay not to be perfect if you're willing to learn and improve. Good luck!

First, I sent my CV and answered some online questions. Then, I recorded a video answering some questions. Stage 3 was an interview, about an hour long, with both behavioral and technical questions. My interviewers were really nice, kind, and supportive, which was great because I was anxious. I really appreciated them. Stage 4 involved a challenging task that I had two weeks to complete. During that time, I had access to their collaboration platform to interact with the whole team. I enjoyed this part because the task was new to me, so it was a great learning opportunity. The team was also very welcoming and helpful, and I got a sense of their teamwork. After finishing the task, I presented it and got paid for it. The final part included two calls, one with the Director of Engineering and co-founder, and one with the CEO. Overall, the process was great, challenging, and enjoyable!
