Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was very organized and transparent. I received detailed information about each step. All interviewers were friendly. There were three phone interviews, each about 30 minutes long. They included a mix of behavioral and situational questions. Interviewers sometimes switched between English and Spanish to assess language proficiency for the Latin America-based position. My main challenge was my work status. I applied for a role in a country where the company was opening a new office, and I required sponsorship to work there. The hiring team seemed unaware of this potential issue and couldn't offer sponsorship. It would have been better if this was clarified upfront. After several weeks of interviews and extensive communication, I found out I was ineligible due to my immigration status. However, the job description was later updated to state that applicants must already be eligible to work in that country, which is a good change for future candidates.

The interview process included a screening call followed by a more in-depth discussion with a hiring manager. Both interactions were very pleasant and approachable, making the experience feel comfortable. However, they were unwilling to provide any feedback, even when asked directly, which is usually expected after a one-on-one interview.
