It was totally a HR interview , THERE Requirements were including AWS , python and SQL with knowledge of ETL workloads But the interview was not directed in technical direction I was 2X AWS certified BUT the question rather asked were purely HR based

I applied for the Implementation Specialist role and went through 3 rounds of interviews. After clearing each round, I proceeded to the next. The second round was with the Director of Operations, and both they and HR discussed my salary expectations (CTC). HR mentioned I'd be contacted about joining dates and the next steps, but I never heard back. I sent a follow-up email, but received no response. It was a really bad experience with HotelKey, feeling unprofessional and like they were just trying to cut costs.
