It was a long and laborious process. I went through 4 interviews, which felt like the recruitment team was just trying to hit their numbers. The last interview, the interviewer no-call/no-showed, which I should have taken as a sign. The interviews were mostly standard, but the whole process and the amount of repetitive talks over 4 interviews was an exhausting waste of time.

The process consists of profile application, skills checklists, and conversations with recruiters. It's a pretty streamlined process. The recruiters are there to help. I have had more difficult interviews in which you feel like you are being tested. However, they make it as though they are here to support you.

I applied online and then a recruiter got in touch to schedule a phone screen, which took about 30 minutes. After that, I had to do two assessments: one on culture and another on behavior. Once I finished those, I had a video interview a few days later with two people from the team. It was quite long, and they were trying to make me feel at ease. They mostly asked informal questions like 'tell me about a time you messed up or learned something'. They told me the hourly pay during the interview and asked if I was still interested at that rate to move forward. I told the recruiter I was, but after a week, they let me know they'd gone with someone else.

I had a phone interview, but I ended it myself after about 5 minutes because the interviewers weren't very friendly. They seemed confused about why I applied since I don't have healthcare experience, even though I mentioned I'm looking for growth and a new challenge. The call was really awkward and made me uncomfortable, so I told them I was ending the call. If they reviewed my resume and saw I lacked healthcare experience, which they apparently needed, they shouldn't have wasted my time.
