Fizeram um monte de perguntas sobre empregos anteriores, experiências, rotinas. A entrevista foi ótima, as perguntas faziam muito sentido para definir o perfil. Perguntaram sobre rotina, perspectivas, ações anteriores e sobre qual é o foco no momento, sobre como se atualiza.

First, they asked about my availability to relocate and start immediately in the nurse role. Then, I had interviews with both the recruiter and the manager. If I passed those, I was told I'd need to perform some nursing procedures on the floor during the probationary period.

The process focused on convincing me that the role is extremely responsible and important. However, candidates were kept waiting for 90 minutes for the area manager who never showed up, claiming they were in a meeting. This repeated after the process conductor went to look for them to back up a possible choice. So, what is the importance of the role and the position if even the manager doesn't consider it important enough to be present, and they're giving the same adjectives of punctuality for the interview schedule to the counterparty? I was informed the salary (1220, only 20 reais higher than last year) and no health plan, even though it's a hospital.

The interview process included a written test, a practical exercise, and a group activity. The written part was specific to nursing and covered resolutions, calculations, and professional ethics. I found it quite difficult; out of 12 participants, only 2 made it to the final stage. At the end, they thanked everyone for participating, announced the finalists, and proceeded to a psychological interview.
