It was an easy phone interview where they made a lot of promises that didn't come true after 3 years. This consisted of one phone call lasting 30 minutes, followed by about an hour face-to-face meeting with three other golf professionals. They all promised things that never materialized, like good working hours, that the resort was going to invest a lot of money into the facilities, that everything would be updated soon, and yearly raises.
