The interview was a panel with people who have similar job titles, and it lasted for a few hours. HR did a good job organizing the schedule. The interview felt pretty conversational and welcoming.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter hit me up and set up a phone interview. It was all behavioral questions and went for about 30 minutes. They mentioned if they wanted to move forward they'd contact me to set up a visit to the corporate office in Austin, MN. This interview is supposed to be an all-day thing, like 6 hours, with different people and also a tour of the plant. Since I'm not super experienced, I figured they asked me all behavioral questions too. Everyone is really nice and shows a lot of hospitality. I felt pretty comfortable. They take about 1-2 weeks to make a decision.

Behavioral

Started with a career fair chat, then a quick HR phone call. After that, it was a full day at the corporate office. They showed us around the plant, and then I had a solid three hours of behavioral questions with the engineering bigwigs. It was pretty intense.
