It was a super chill interview, I didn't feel any pressure at all. No assessments or video questions beforehand. I talked to 3 different people: the corporate recruiter, the VP of Engineering, the Director of Engineering, and the Engineering Plant Manager.

Applied and after about 4 weeks, I had my phone interview. They requested the phone interview about 2 weeks after I applied. It was mostly behavioral questions. On the same day as the phone interview, I got an email requesting a formal interview, which happened 3 weeks later. They seem to space out interviews quite a bit. The formal interview involved traveling to 3 different locations, and they weren't conveniently located near each other, so I'd recommend driving the routes the day before to avoid feeling rushed. The company was very professional and seemed well-prepared.

It was a pretty standard interview process. I started with an on-campus interview, then had a phone interview. After that, it was an on-site interview where I met with several corporate engineers and then plant maintenance engineers. We also toured the production plant and the Spam museum, which was quite interesting. A lot of the discussion centered around leadership and management aspects. They asked about how I handle specific situations involving deadlines and problems, and how I communicate with both other management and the mechanics and electricians under my supervision. They also inquired about my approach to solving complex problems.
