It wasn't a grilling, but it was comprehensive. Three interviewers directly associated with the project conducted a half-hour telephonic interview. Right from the beginning, they started asking questions like, 'What would you do if you are given a scenario?' or 'If you were in this place, how would you react?' So, basically, they were behavioral questions, but very detailed. My interview didn't really go to its potential because I was a little nervous and not really prepared for questions like these. But the interviewers were very, very calm and cooperative. They gave me time to relax and changed some questions too, looking at the candidate's response.
