I started with a phone chat with the Talent Acquisition person. They asked me some general questions about my background and told me more about Horizon. Then, I got a written assessment and a math assessment. For the written part, I could pick between two prompts: "What excites you about the media industry and why?" or "Describe an ad that had a significant impact on you as a consumer, and why?", with a 250-word limit. The next interview was with two people from the team I'd be joining. It seemed to go okay, but I didn't move on. The Talent Acquisition person gave me some helpful feedback on why I wasn't selected, which was appreciated.

The process was very organized and I felt welcomed right away. A recruiter met me shortly after I arrived and took me directly to the interview room. Everyone I interviewed with was prepared with questions based on my resume, so no time was wasted. The recruiting team was very responsive after interviews, checking in and keeping me updated. After receiving my offer from Horizon, the recruiters were always available by email and phone for any questions I had before accepting. It was a really positive experience overall.

Had an initial call with a recruiter and he immediately followed up to schedule interviews with teams. Sent my availability and he didn’t respond for a week. After I followed up he apologized for not responding and asked for more availability. Sent it over and he scheduled two interviews in the time frame. Had the interviews and I followed up with the recruiter on timelines and never heard back. It’s been a month and still nothing so I wouldn’t rave about Horizon’s process or recruiters.
