The recruiter was great with communication. There were 3 rounds of interviews in total, and everything happened pretty quickly. Each interview had a different vibe and they asked some good questions to get to know me, the job, and what was expected. It's a big team.

The interview process was efficient and quick, consisting of two rounds with three directors. I was asked to discuss my transferable skills and how they apply to the role. The directors were open to my varied background and pleasant to interact with.

The interview process was really fast and low-stress. I applied as soon as the job was posted on LinkedIn and got a response the next day to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. The call was casual and engaging, mainly about my interests and career goals. Then, I had an in-person interview that same week with about 4-5 employees. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my past experiences. Later that week, I was invited back for another in-person meeting with the VP of Talent. He was also really nice and casual, asking about my personal interests and career development aspirations. I got an offer a couple of weeks after that meeting. Horizon really prioritizes the candidate experience and kept me informed at every stage.
