The interview process for this position was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by two rounds of interviews with the team. They asked standard questions, so just be ready and you should be good.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivates your interest in this position?
- Describe an instance where you navigated through conflict or uncertainty.

The interview process was really thorough. I got to meet everyone on the team, and they gave me a good sense of the team dynamic. They also asked me what management style I thought was best for me, which was a nice question.
- If you were an object, what object would you choose to be?

First there was a quick media math quiz covering basic percentages. Then I spoke with HR who asked some good questions to start. After that, I interviewed with two different employees, each for a different account. The HR questions were great, but the other interviewers didn't seem to know what to ask. One interviewer was really rude and didn't seem interested at all, looking out the window the whole time. It wasn't a great experience overall. The employees only seemed friendly towards clients and were cliquey with each other.
- Can you tell me about a significant mistake you made and how you managed to overcome it?
- If you were given a set of tasks you didn't know how to do, how would you go about prioritizing them?
