I contacted recruiters about openings and stayed in touch since none were available at the time. My recruiter was really helpful. I had a phone screening 2 weeks later, then an in-person interview a week after that where I met 4 employees. They made an offer that day. Everyone I met was so nice and positive, making it my best interview experience this season.

I was contacted by HR online. I asked a couple of basic questions about salary and contract duration. Unfortunately, things went south after that. HR seemed unsure or unwilling to provide basic details like the salary, start date, and end date for the freelance/contract role. They didn't seem to appreciate that I reiterated my need for this fundamental information, responding with their own questions. After that, HR went silent and I didn't hear back.
