I started with a phone call with HR. Then I went in and met two people from the team I applied for. It went well, and a few days later, one of them contacted me with an offer for a full-time role after the internship. I accepted, but then she emailed back saying the position was already filled, which was unprofessional. I contacted HR about it, and she was surprised. Then, I interviewed for a different position that wasn't a great fit for me, I guess because she felt bad. The job descriptions on Horizon's LinkedIn are really vague, so I didn't know what the role entailed until the interview. Overall, it was a bad experience, but HR was nice and I think the issue was just with that specific team.

Applied through my school's career site and got an email for a quick phone chat. A few days after that, I was invited to their NYC office for a 'super day' from 9am to 12pm. I thought it'd be a full day with tours, but instead, I had two 15-minute interviews in a side room with about 10 other candidates. The whole interview thing was done in less than 45 minutes, and I only met the two interviewers. It was a long trip to NYC for such a short time. Three weeks later, I heard back saying the job was filled.

I applied through the career fair and online. After 2-3 weeks, I got an email for a phone screen. Another 2-3 weeks passed and I got an email saying I made it to Super Day. I couldn't go because I was studying abroad, so they arranged for me to do the interviews over Skype. There were 3 rounds, each about 30 minutes. In less than a week, I got an offer email. The interviewers were really nice and answered all my questions!
