Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Horizon Media.
Senior Associate
A recruiter I was already in touch with reached out about a job that seemed like a good match for my background. I went in the following week and met with three members of the team. I received an offer a couple of days later.
- Can you tell me about a process you were instrumental in developing?
Associate Director
The interview process was really smooth, done in person pre-covid and by skype for interviewers in other locations. The recruiter was great at communicating all parts of the process. The team was great in asking questions but also allowing time for me to ask my own and get a feel for the company.
- Can you share an instance where a project did not go as planned or was not as successful as anticipated, and explain how you managed the situation with the client?
- Which brands do you believe are performing effectively on this particular channel, and what are your reasons for this assessment?
Associate
I had an initial call with the recruiter, who asked me some basic get-to-know-you questions. After that, I was given an assessment test to complete.
- Can you share an example of a time you achieved significant results?
