- Could you tell me about your experience working in hospice care?
Volunteer Manager
I put in my application and then a recruiter from HR rang me up to schedule an interview. I had my initial interview with HR where I was asked some screening questions. After that, I was shown around the place and then I met the department head for a second interview.
- Can you share an instance of a difficult situation you encountered and how you handled it?
Manager
I applied online and got a recruiter call asking about my interest and did a phone interview on the spot. Then I came in for a first interview with HR and my direct manager. After that, I was asked to come back for a second interview.
- How do you handle prioritizing requests?
Recruiter
I applied online and got a call for a phone interview pretty quickly. After that, they wanted me to come in for an in-person interview with the HR Director. But when I got there, she had an emergency, so I ended up meeting someone else from HR. That interview felt good. Later, the Director called to reschedule. I went back in, spoke with her briefly, and then she introduced me to two other HR folks who asked me some questions. I haven't heard back since.
- Can you share a time you disliked a coworker?
