The interview process was conducted virtually, which was quite convenient. Initially, I had a conversation with HR, followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring director. There was a gap of a few weeks between each stage, but the HR team made sure to keep me updated on the progress.

The whole process dragged on for like 3 months with long waits for replies. First, I chatted with a recruiter, then I had a session with three senior designers, and finally, I met with the CMO. After the second chat, they sent me a project to redo a package design and make some stickers. I got the CMO meeting done, then waited three weeks, following up twice, before getting a generic email saying they'd gone with other people. What a waste of time, really unprofessional.

The interview process was really informative. I spoke with HR director and the two people I would be working with. The whole thing took about a week, which was awesome compared to some other companies. The people were really nice. I read all the reviews on Glassdoor and found my experience was totally different. Experiences are subjective and have a ton of factors that play into opinions. My suggestion is to always experience things for yourself, guaranteed your experience will be different than someone elses.

I had an initial interview with Ms. Hanah and Sir Giovanni. After that, I interviewed with the Finance Director, who is Mam Hanah, followed by interviews with the CEO for the job offer. I accepted the offer and signed the contract. After signing, I submitted some of my requirements.
