I heard back about my application 4 months after applying. They had to reschedule the interview once. The interviewers were really nice and easy to chat with, and they gave me good info about the job and what's expected. It was about an hour long. The interview was a bit of a drive, about an hour and ten minutes away, even though there's an office closer to me. The job sounded perfect for my background, but the listing said the office was nearby. By the time they made an offer, the job had changed to a mix of remote work and a 45-minute commute each way once a week to one of two offices, and I didn't know which one would be mine. I turned down the offer because I wasn't sure about the location and I had another job offer that didn't require commuting. It was a bit of a bummer because I probably wouldn't have applied if I'd known about the commute and the uncertain office location. I've commuted before and I don't think I can do it right now.

I had an initial interview with three supervisors. It felt pretty relaxed, though a bit awkward. They seemed nice and a little goofy. While it wasn't my best interview, I don't see myself applying here in the future. They were pretty clear about the good and bad points of the job, including the significant amount of travel to rough areas. I think it could be a good fit for the right person, but it's not for me. I'd suggest it for those with lots of energy and mental resilience. Overall, it seemed like a decent company, just not the right match for me.

I had one interview with them. They had a list of questions they asked, with one scenario question. There was also a woman present who explained how I would get paid, since pay is based on billable service hours.

Intense! It was difficult to get into the room at the school, but once inside, lots of people asked a lot of questions across 2 interviews. It was tough having so many people looking at me.
