The staff seemed really committed to finding the most knowledgeable professional, which I appreciate because it shows they put the patient's needs first. The interview questions focused on a candidate's understanding of HIV/AIDS, how to keep things confidential, and building a good relationship with the patient. It also seemed like the team works well together and has effective supervision built into the agency.
