Case Manager
The staff seemed really committed to finding the most knowledgeable professional, which I appreciate because it shows they put the patient's needs first. The interview questions focused on a candidate's understanding of HIV/AIDS, how to keep things confidential, and building a good relationship with the patient. It also seemed like the team works well together and has effective supervision built into the agency.
- Can you describe your understanding of HIV?
- What are your methods for maintaining patient confidentiality?
- How do you approach building rapport with patients?
Hospice Nurse
The interview was remote via Microsoft Teams and was easy and informative. The interviewer was punctual and prepared, and there were no technical issues, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm hoping for an offer.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
Recruiter
First got a phone screen call to touch base on my application, then went through virtual and in-person interviews. The process felt organized and had a quick turn-around. I felt comfortable with everyone I met and ready for my first day.
- Why did you choose this company and this specific role?
Registered Nurse
The initial phone interview was really informative and helpful. The agency building was easy to find and get to. The interview took about 45 minutes, mainly because I like to talk and ask questions. The questions were straightforward and the job was explained well. I met with a group supervisor too. Everyone was pleasant.
- Can you tell me about your nursing experience?
- What were your responsibilities in previous roles?
- Describe a challenging situation you encountered and how you handled it.
