First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hopebridge.
ABA Therapist
The interview process was really good. Recruiters moved the process along quickly, but they were still thoughtful about it. I'd really recommend this company and their interview process. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, energetic, and passionate about their work, which made the whole company seem impressive.
- Can you work with neurodivergent children?
Center Manager
It was a super easy 2 step process. First, I had a recruiter call, and then the next step was a panel interview with the operations manager. I got an offer the very next day. I think making it like this is great because you don't have to stress over a long, 5-step process!
- Tell me about your experience working with children.
Registered Behavior Technician
They start with online assessments and a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, the main interview is about 3 hours long. It begins with a meeting with the center manager. Then, you get a tour of the place and meet the providers, other technicians, and the clinical trainee. You'll also observe a provider working with a patient for a bit. The interview wraps up with another meeting with the center manager. There's also a background check before the offer.
- Can you tell me about a tough situation you faced previously, what insights you gained, and how you'd handle it if it happened again?
Behavior Technician
I had a 15-minute phone call with a recruiter. They were impressed and set up an in-person interview for a few days later. After that interview, they said the manager would recommend an offer. During the interview, the manager kept getting interrupted to take calls and respond to messages, which felt rude. I was told to wait for the recruiter to call, then call the manager. The recruiter eventually called me. I learned that full-time was only 30 hours a week, so I emailed the recruiter about pay and benefits, but they ghosted me. I've tried contacting them, but no response.
- Tell me about a time you handled a specific situation in a previous job.
