I had an interview scheduled, but didn't hear back. I emailed to ask if it was postponed but got no reply. Two days later, the recruiter emailed again asking about my availability. This time, an interview was scheduled with the CTO, and I spoke to him on the phone about my past work experience and projects. I tried to reach the recruiter multiple times after the interview by phone and email, but still no reply. It's pretty rude not to get any feedback or at least a rejection email if I'm not a good fit.

It was a series of in person interviews. I was asked to solve a simple programming problem on a whiteboard. The non-technical part focused on social fit and expectations. The interviews were short but felt comprehensive. I spoke with both managers and team members.

I don't get why they even interviewed me since I feel they never wanted to hire me. They did the usual HR calls and then set up a technical interview with one of their Delivery Heads. He called 10 minutes late and asked about my technical background. Then, he apologized for an urgent meeting and asked if I could do another technical round with some algorithmic questions. We set that up for the next week, and it went well. They asked about my experience again and requested I list two projects I'm proud of. After that, they asked two algorithmic questions, which I answered correctly. They even confirmed my answers were correct. Two days later, they said I wasn't a good fit! Could they please give more details since my interview was good and I had relevant skills for the role? I found this company very unprofessional.
