The recruiter I talked to was really nice. She asked me some questions about my experience and was happy to answer my questions. I thought she was honest and professional. I had another interview after that which went pretty well, and then I got an offer pretty quickly.

The Director of Firm Recruiting, Jennifer, reached out to me about the job. She was super helpful and answered all my questions, and I talked to her throughout. First, we had a phone call. Then, I went to their office for an interview with two directors and a senior tax accountant. The interviewers were friendly, and we talked a lot about my past work, especially my experience with partnerships and international tax.

I got an email and then had a quick phone screen. After that, I went in for an office interview with a partner and a senior. It was a bit of an awkward environment because the senior seemed like they didn't really want to be there. The partner did most of the talking, and I wasn't sure when to jump in.
