I met with my direct supervisor, the Provost, and a small search team over several hours. I also toured the campus and visited the office for the position. They reimbursed me for my mileage traveling to and from the interview.

I went through a pretty involved interview process for this minimum-wage job. It started with a Zoom interview, then I was invited to campus for two panel interviews back-to-back, and then a campus tour. It was weird because some of the panel interviewers were just on a Zoom call, not sure why they didn't just do that for my first interview. They asked the same couple of questions repeatedly, just phrased a bit differently. All the interviewers kept emphasizing the lack of work-life balance and how demanding and grueling the work is. While some were nice, others were rude and belittling. It was one of the worst interviews I've ever had.
